Shipments and returns
If the product you ordered is in stock it will be shipped no later than two days after purchase.
You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facilities.
Give it some hours before check it - it may not appear immediately on the system.
If you wish to exchange or return any item bought at Curious Cotton, please contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges or returns of products that are still in the original conditions.
Please use the original package we have sent.
The customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and our shop can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email).
Our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of an error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).
The customer must inform us by email of the new product/color/size desired.
In case of return, the money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days.
1 to 2 business days to be delivered from dispatch date.
PT Islands (Madeira, Açores):
2 to 4 business days to be delivered from dispatch date.
2 to 7 business days to be delivered from dispatch date.
Rest of the World:
2 to 8 business days to be delivered from dispatch date.
International taxes and Duties
Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from out of Portugal, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
Curious Cotton is not responsible for any custom fees.
We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival, due to the lack of duty fees payment.
